If you reach your monthly document limit, you can purchase additional document packs or upgrade to a higher plan for more capacity. Any unused documents do not roll over to the next month.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, you'll still have access to view your documents, but you won't be able to send new ones.
