1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MySignedDocuments Digital Document Signing platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and MySignedDocuments ("we," "our," or "us"). We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

MySignedDocuments provides a digital document signing platform that allows users to upload, sign, send, and manage documents electronically. The Service may include various features and functionalities such as electronic signatures, document storage, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Registration and Account Security

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Not create more than one account, except as expressly permitted by us

We reserve the right to disable your account if we believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require a subscription. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred by you.

We may change our fees and payment structure at any time. If we change the fees for your subscription, we will provide notice of the change on our website or by email, at least 30 days before the change is to take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain all rights to the content you upload, submit, or transmit to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading or submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the User Content solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, such as viruses, worms, or Trojan horses
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.

6. Electronic Signatures

The Service allows you to electronically sign documents. By using the electronic signature features of the Service, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on documents. You will not, and will not attempt to, dispute the validity of any document signed using the Service on the basis that the signature was electronic.

In order to use the electronic signature features, you affirm that:

• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into agreements and bind the entity you represent (if applicable)
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding electronic signatures
• You will not misuse the Service to forge another person's signature or impersonate another person

You acknowledge that the legality of electronic signatures may vary by jurisdiction, and you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in each jurisdiction where you use the Service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MySignedDocuments and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or any part thereof
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained within the Service
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service

8. Data Security and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of your data. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

While we implement security measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MySignedDocuments, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICE, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MySignedDocuments SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MySignedDocuments, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by using the account cancellation feature within the Service. You will be responsible for all charges incurred up to the time the account is terminated.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
